1. What We Collect

Account info: your email address and password (stored securely, hashed - we never see or store your plain-text password)
Deployment data: the domains you deploy to and the files/project source you upload
Payment info: handled entirely by Square - we never see or store your card details. We keep a record of your subscription status and billing history
Environment variables: if you set env vars for an app project (e.g. API keys for services you use), we store them to inject into your running container. Treat this the same as any other secret you'd store with a hosting provider

2. How We Use It

Strictly to operate the service: authenticating you, serving your deployed sites, processing payments, and enforcing plan limits. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. Third-Party Services We Use

Supabase - database and authentication
Square - payment processing
Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data passed to them

4. Your Deployed Content

Files you deploy are served publicly at the domain you configure - that's the whole point of the service. Don't deploy anything you don't want publicly accessible.

5. Data Retention

We keep your account data as long as your account exists. Deleting your account (available in Settings) permanently removes your profile, deployed sites, environment variables, and cancels active subscriptions.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed, not stored in plain text. Payment details never touch our servers - they go directly to Square. Environment variables and other account data are only accessible server-side, never exposed to other users or the public.

7. Your Rights

You can access, update, or delete your account data at any time from Settings. If you have questions about your data, contact us using the details below.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of WebLauncher after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
